中新网昆明5月20日电 (胡远航 陈静)针对近日媒体报道“云南部分三甲医院被指强卖待产包”一事，云南省卫计委20日凌晨下发《关于加强医院后勤服务和生活保障管理的通知》(以下简称《通知》)，要求全省各级医疗机构在6月15日前完成自查工作。
近日，有媒体报道称：云南省部分三甲医院医生要求患者必须在本院小卖部或产科购买产妇护理包、婴儿用品包等用品，不购买就不给做检查，以牟取利润，引起网友广泛关注。
事件曝光后，云南省卫计委于19日上午组成调查组到相关医疗卫生机构进行调查核实。目前，调查工作还在进行中。与此同时，为杜绝相关现象，云南省卫计委又下发《通知》。
《通知》要求，全省各级医疗卫生机构要加强后勤管理，规范服务行为：对外包项目制定相关管理规定和考核标准等，规范经营行为，明确监管职责；外包服务项目不得与行政、临床、医技等科室收入挂钩；外包服务项目涉及的原材料、商品等，要主动接受市场监督部门监管。
《通知》还要求各级医疗卫生机构加强教育，落实行风建设相关规定，并开展自查自纠，对违反卫生行风建设“九不准”和相关规定的科室、医务人员、管理人员、工勤人员等，要按相关规定进行严肃处理。(完)
