　　记者18日从江苏省滨海湿地保护与生态建设座谈会上了解到，截至目前，江苏省已有20.1万公顷的滨海湿地纳入生态红线区域予以保护，本月底，《江苏省湿地保护条例》将在省人大常委会上再次接受审议，江苏湿地保护与开发利用有望告别“无法可依”的尴尬。

　　江苏省林业局局长夏春胜介绍，目前，《江苏省湿地保护条例》已经省政府常务会议通过，月底经省人大常委会审议通过后就将正式出台，此举对于依法规范滨海湿地保护与开发利用具有重要意义。下一步，省内还将针对林地保护利用规划实行“一张图”建设管理，加快沿海湿地保护网络体系建设，加强对沿海珍稀濒危候鸟集中栖息地、河口湿地、典型滨海湿地的保护，建立自然保护区、湿地公园、湿地保护小区等有效湿地的保护形式，确保沿海地区生态环境持续较快改善。

　　夏春胜表示，自2003年全省启动绿色江苏建设以来，全省沿海地区林木覆盖率已由9.2%上升到2015年的22.89%。江苏共有滨海湿地约99.2公顷，包括淤泥质海滩、浅海水域、潮间盐水沼泽、沙洲、沙石海滩、岩石海岸、河口水域等7种湿地型，是国内滨海湿地资源最丰富的省份之一，其中滨海潮间湿地滩涂湿地是亚洲保存规模最大的同类湿地，湿地保护与生态修复，为沿海地区经济社会可持续发展提供了有力支撑。

　　据了解，截至目前，江苏省滨海区域已有国际重要湿地2处、国家重要湿地1处，建立自然保护区4处、湿地保护小区12处，总面积20.1万公顷的滨海湿地已纳入全省生态红线区域保护规划予以保护。
