　　中新网防城港5月19日电（李敏军 费文彬 吴凰汇）5月19日，广西防城港市中级人民法院依法对广西新华书店集团股份有限公司原党委副书记、总经理李小勇受贿一案作出判决，被告人李小勇犯受贿罪，被判处有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金人民币五十万元。

　　法院审理查明，2009年以来，被告人李小勇利用其担任广西教育出版社有限公司社长的职务之便，为图书发行商李俐颉投资的课堂作业项目入选广西教育厅地方中小学免费教辅采购目录，以及成立广西琅文教育图书有限公司并为李俐颉入股提供帮助，于2011年至2014年期间共9次收受李俐颉贿赂共计人民币675万元。

　　法院审理认为，被告人李小勇身为国家工作人员，利用职务之便，非法收受他人财物，为他人谋取利益，其行为构成受贿罪。被告人李小勇收受他人贿赂675万元，数额特别巨大，依法应当判处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。李小勇归案后如实供述自己罪行，真诚悔罪，并退出大部分赃款，可以从轻处罚，遂依法做出上述判决。

　　另外，李小勇退出的赃款人民币388万元，依法予以没收，由扣押机关依法上缴国库；李小勇退出其名下的房屋一套、车位二个，依法予以拍卖，所得款项扣除相关费用后用于退赃，不足部分继续予以追缴，上缴国库。
