　　张德江表示，中马是传统友好近邻，两国关系近年保持快速发展势头。习近平主席同亚明总统多次会面，就中马关系发展规划达成广泛共识。中方愿在“一带一路”框架下同马方加强发展战略对接，拓展各领域互利合作，推动两国面向未来的全面友好合作伙伴关系迈上新台阶。中国全国人大愿同马尔代夫人民议会保持友好交往，加强治国理政、立法等方面经验交流，为两国合作营造更好的法律环境。

　　玛斯赫说，马方由衷感谢中国对马尔代夫经济社会发展给予的帮助和支持，将积极参与“一带一路”建设，同中方全面深化友好合作。马方愿积极推动两国立法机关交往。
