　　刘延东指出，中法高级别人文交流机制成立近两年来，双方在教育、文化等10个领域取得近100项交流合作成果，为促进两国人民的了解和友谊发挥了重要作用。中方愿与法方共同努力，拓展人文交流的广度深度，将中法全面战略伙伴关系新时代打造得更加多姿多彩。

　　艾罗表示，法方高度重视即将在法举办的机制第三次会议，愿与中方携手推进人文领域各项合作取得务实成果。

　　杨洁篪表示，中法应当从战略高度看待和把握两国关系，坚持双边关系发展的正确方向，尊重和支持彼此核心利益和重大关切，深化经贸、科技、核能、 人文等各领域交流合作，妥善处理分歧，确保中法全面战略伙伴关系长期健康稳定发展。中方欢迎奥朗德总统来华出席二十国集团杭州峰会，愿同法方继续密切配 合，共同推动杭州峰会取得圆满成功。中方愿继续加强同法方在国际事务中的协调合作。
