重庆查扣假冒钙盐约17吨

　　重庆市盐务管理局15日披露，该局近日成功查处一非法制售假冒食盐犯罪团伙，现场查扣假冒“天一井”牌钙盐42000余袋(约17吨)，制假原料盐近5吨，抓获主要犯罪嫌疑人8名。

　　重庆市盐务管理局盐政稽查处副处长高冰介绍称，历经三个月的艰苦取证和缜密追查，2016年3月底，重庆市盐务管理局与重庆市公安局经侦总队、酉阳县公安局密切配合，组织60余名公安、盐政执法人员，对以程某、杨某等人为首，在重庆酉阳、秀山等地非法制销假冒食盐犯罪团伙成功收网。

　　此次收网行动共捣毁生产、仓储窝点5个，销售网点30余个，现场查扣假冒“天一井”牌钙盐42000余袋(约17吨)，制假原料盐近5吨，假冒“天一井”牌商标标识小包装袋、外包装纸箱10万余个，灌装机、封口机、电子秤、打包机等制假设备10余台，查扣运输车辆3台，抓获主要犯罪嫌疑人8名。目前，8名犯罪嫌疑人已被采取强制措施。

　　与此同时，重庆市盐务管理局与工商、食药监等部门组织开展了针对假盐的“清扫行动”，检查重庆酉阳、秀山区域共计37个场镇，清理农户灶台95户、零售商店459户、学校食堂26户、饮食餐厅54户，共查获假食盐11.74吨。

　　经抽查鉴定，该团伙制假使用原料盐为劣质食盐，经加工后冒充加钙食盐。为了尽可能降低假盐造成的社会危害和影响，由重庆市盐业集团对假盐所涉及区域的普通消费者、学校、企事业单位等购买的假盐进行无偿调换。截至5月13日，换盐工作组已进入农户、学校、企事业单位617家，调换小包装食盐5860包，共计2.344吨。目前，此次“换盐行动”还在重庆酉阳、秀山有序进行中。

　　高冰介绍说，重庆直辖以来，该市共查处盐业违法案件7000余件，先后有64名制售假冒伪劣食盐的违法犯罪分子被依法追究刑事责任。重庆市盐务管理局将继续与公安、工商、食药监等部门密切协作，依法加强食盐安全监管，对涉盐违法犯罪进行查处打击，确保民众吃上放心盐。
