　　华龙网5月15日1时18分讯（记者 游晋宇）2016年5月13日，群众反映重庆市第六人民医院花园路街道社区卫生服务中心接种门诊注射自费疫苗时未使用原装注射器，部分接种疫苗儿童的家长要求查明真相。市、区相关单位立即成立联合调查组，迅速开展调查核实工作，并于5月14日先后两次通报调查进展情况。

　　经调查，今年以来，重庆市第六人民医院花园路街道社区卫生服务中心接种门诊共购买五联疫苗346支，均从南岸区疾控中心购买，南岸区疾控中心从重庆市疾控中心购买。疫苗来源渠道规范，运输、储存均符合国家相关规范。5月14日23时，联合调查组在5名家长代表的全程见证下，对13日由家长见证封存的剩余疫苗进行了开箱检查。家长代表通过其手机登录国家食品药品监督管理局APP终端，对现场启封的疫苗包装上的中国药品电子监管码进行查询，流向显示，该疫苗销往重庆市疾控中心。现场5名家长代表均对检查结果予以认可。

　　调查中也发现，该中心接种门诊存在制度不完善、管理不规范、个别医务人员有违反财经纪律、牟取私利的行为，相关情况正在进一步调查中。
