Statistics: per capita annual salary in IT industry 112042-pay ranking, and average wages-IT information

By contrast, private sector employees average wages are significantly lower, only 39589 Yuan, compared with 2014 36390 Yuan, an increase of 3199, nominal growth 8.8% per cent, down 2.5% is growing much faster than in 2014. Adjusted for inflation, 2015 urban private sector employment annual average real growth of 7.2%.

In the private sector, IT and financial professionals pay the same top. Among them, the transmission of information, software and information technology services 57719, scientific research and technological services 50441, financing (mainly insurance agents, pawnbrokers and investment consulting firm) 44898, these three industries the average annual wage for 1.46 times the national average, 1.27 times and 1.13 times times.

Private, annual wage of the lowest of the three industries, namely agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery 28869, accommodation and catering industry 31889, electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply industry 34631, these three industries the average annual wage in the national average, respectively 73%, 81%, and 87%.

从企业类型来看，年平均工资最高的分别是外商投资企业76302元，股份有限公司72644元，国有单位65296元，分别为全国平均水平的1.23倍、1.17倍和1.05倍。年平均工资最低的是集体单位46607元，为全国平均水平的75%。

分行业来看，年平均工资最高的分别是金融业114777元，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业112042元，科学研究和技术服务业89410元，这三个行业年平均工资分别为全国平均水平的1.85倍、1.81倍和1.44倍。

年平均工资最低的三个行业分别是农、林、牧、渔业31947元，住宿和餐饮业40806元，水利、环境和公共设施管理业43528元，这三个行业年平均工资分别为全国平均水平的52%、66%和70%。最高与最低行业平均工资之比为3.59，与2014年的3.82相比，差距有所缩小。

相较而言，私营单位就业人员平均工资明显较低，仅为39589元，与2014年的36390元相比，增加了3199元，同比名义增长8.8%，增速比2014年回落2.5个百分点。扣除物价因素，2015年全国城镇私营单位就业人员年平均工资实际增长7.2%。

在私营单位中，IT和金融从业人员的工资水平同样排名居前。其中，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业57719元，科学研究和技术服务业50441元，金融业(主要是各种保险代理、典当行和投资咨询公司)44898元，这三个行业的年平均工资分别为全国平均水平的1.46倍、1.27倍和1.13倍。

私营单位年平均工资最低的三个行业分别是农、林、牧、渔业28869元，住宿和餐饮业31889元，电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业34631元，这三个行业的年平均工资分别为全国平均水平的73%、81%和87%。
