昨天，海淀法院发布公告称，完美世界软件科技发展有限公司起诉北京新娱兄弟网络科技有限公司，上海旗开软件有限公司，认为二被告侵害其游戏独占改编权，赔偿经济损失及原告合理支出公证费用共计人民币500.6万元。

完美世界还要求北京新娱兄弟网络科技有限公司和上海旗开软件有限公司停止侵权及不正当竞争行为，停止制作、宣传、运营及授权他人运营侵权游戏《南帝北丐Ⅱ》，并在报纸、网站及被告二官网首页公开发表声明并保留30日以消除影响。

完美世界方面表示，2008年12月4日获得了香港作家金庸的授权，获得了其4部作品《射雕英雄传》、《神雕侠侣》、《倚天屠龙记》和《笑傲江湖》（下称“涉案小说”）及其元素在游戏改编开发、发行及运营方面的独占性权利。2013年10月15日被告名为《南帝北丐Ⅱ》的游戏上线运营。
