广东省委办公厅原副主任蔡广辽被控受贿逾400万受审
中新社广州5月13日电 (蔡敏婕)广州中院13日公开审理广东省委办公厅原副主任蔡广辽涉嫌受贿一案。广州检方指控称，被告人蔡广辽利用职务便利，非法收受财物折合人民币483.88万元，应以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。蔡广辽表示认罪悔罪。

　　蔡广辽1958年9月出生于辽宁省营口市，大学文化程度，原任广东省委办公厅副主任、广东省公安厅党委副书记(副军职、武警少将警衔)。

　　广州检方起诉称，1995年至2014年，蔡广辽在担任广东省公安厅警卫处处长、警卫局局长、广东省公安厅党委副书记期间，利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益；利用其职权或地位形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为他人谋取不正当利益，索取或收受他人财物共人民币328.90569万元、港币160万元、美元0.7万元、澳元1.4万元。

　　广州检方指控蔡广辽涉及六宗犯罪事实，其中包括利用职务便利，为多人借用广东省公安厅警卫局警卫车牌，为他人办理警官证、职工证、武警车辆驾驶证等证件提供帮助，为他人删除犯罪记录等；利用其职权或地位形成的便利条件，通过时任武警广东省边防总队总队长吕文彦(已判刑)职务上的行为，为深圳市震粤投资发展有限公司与武警广东省边防总队第六支队合作开发该支队十二中队营房用地项目提供帮助等。

　　广州检方认为，蔡广辽身为国家工作人员，无视国家法律，利用职务便利，非法收受他人财物，为他人谋取利益，其行为构成受贿罪。犯罪后自动投案，如实供述自己的罪行，是自首，可以减轻处罚。
