　　法院经审理查明，2004年至2009年10月，黄华宽在担任广西交通厅党组书记、厅长，以及2009年11月至2011年9月，担任广西交通厅党组书记期间，利用职务上的便利，在承揽高速公路建设项目、高速公路配套服务区(含加油)建设项目、获取建设材料供应权、取消广西某高速公路附属公路项目连接线的建设、变更高速公路建设履约保证金提交方式、人员职务晋升等事项上，为广西心海投资发展有限公司、广西领航交通能源投资有限公司、广西阳鹿高速公路有限公司、广东龙光(集团)有限公司等单位和个人提供帮助，先后收受他人给予的财物共计人民币376.2972万元。
