　　【字幕】5月10日，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，请国务院扶贫办主任刘永富介绍《关于建立贫困退出机制的意见》有关情况。刘永富表示，今年是大规模贫困人口搬迁行动的起步之年，计划搬迁200万人以上。

　　今年计划搬迁200万人以上，因为今年是这项大规模搬迁行动的起步之年，本来各地的积极性很高，要搬300多万，我们和各地商量，先积累经验，以后再逐步提升。现在搬迁有多种形式，一种是往县城和中心乡镇搬迁，因为县城和中心集镇都有一些比较成熟的公共服务，比如学校和医院。而且有一些贫困人口已经或者将要出去到经济发达地区打工，去打工以后把父母搬到县城中心镇看病方便，小孩上学方便，他出去打工也省了路程，这是第一种形式，也是一种重要的形式。第二种是搬迁到经济开发区、工业园区，盖好保障房，每家保证一人以上通过培训能够就业。第三种是仍然在当地，搬到交通稍微方便的地方，离公路近的地方，离水源近的地方，就地改善他们的生产生活条件。大体主要就是这三种搬迁形式。
