福建泰宁地质灾害初步认定为泥石流

　　中新社北京5月10日电 (记者 庞无忌)记者从国土资源部地质环境司(地质灾害应急管理办公室)获悉，国务院工作组5月9日对福建泰宁“5·8”地质灾害现场进行了实地踏勘。经调查，初步认定此次地质灾害为泥石流。

　　目前国务院工作组对正在现场搜救的31军、公安消防、武警水电、交通和森林部队、地质灾害应急排查专家等队伍进行慰问，随后在现场与救援指挥部进行会商，并到医院看望了在灾害中受伤的人员。

　　在现场会商时，国务院工作组针对现阶段抢险救灾进展情况和下一步工作提出了意见和建议。一是全力以赴开展搜救，目前仍然处于黄金救援期，只要有一线希望，就要付出百倍努力，采取多种措施，想方设法，在保证搜救人员安全的前提下，加快搜救进度；二是切实防范次生灾害，密切关注前往现场和沿线道路周边山体，加强隐患排查和监测预警，救援车辆保持车距与控制车速，严防二次灾害造成人员伤亡；三是妥善做好伤员救治和伤亡人员家属安抚；四是由福建省人民政府负责，成立专家工作组，科学认真、实事求是地开展泥石流成因调查，并就“5·8”泥石流灾害抢险救灾有关情况向国务院作出专门报告；五是迅速在福建省范围内开展水电工程、矿山企业等地质灾害隐患的巡查排查，避免类似灾害的发生；六是正确引导社会舆论，及时公开调查进展，主动回应社会关切。

　　记者了解到，灾害现场的人员搜救、次生灾害隐患排查、泥石流成因调查、失踪人员家属安抚等工作，正在有序展开。

　　目前，国务院工作组各成员单位正对口帮助指导地方开展后续工作。
