5月7日，深圳交警对外发出通报，5月5日深圳市邮政管理局联合市公安交警局和顺丰、京东、1号店、信丰、德邦5家快递企业签订承诺，分别新增1500辆、1200辆、300辆、46辆特殊行业两轮电动自行车配额，上述公司主动承诺在2个月内淘汰本公司在深圳市原特区内的电动(机动)三轮车，规范行业末端配送车辆。

通报认为，电动(机动)三轮车的生产，没有相关国家行业标准。深圳路面上大量存在的超标电动自行车和违规生产的电动(机动)三轮车，均属非法拼装、改装机动车，没有合法资质，也无法上牌规范管理。待快递业专用电动三轮车国家标准出台后，深圳市也要根据道路通行条件，研究划定区域、路段、时段，采取一定的限制，不可能让其无序发展。

通报指出，下一步，邮政管理及交警等部门将研究制定为符合国家标准的电动三轮车实施注册登记、上牌管理、购置保险。
