　　据山东媒体《半岛都市报》报道，久经考验的忠诚的共产主义战士，中国共产党的优秀党员，我军优秀的军事指挥员，原六十七军军长李万恒同志，因病医治无效，于5月6日10时24分在山东青岛逝世，享年94岁。

　　公开简历显示，李万恒1923年10月出生于河北省涞水县燕翎村，1940年10月参加八路军，1941年3月加入中国共产党。

　　李万恒历任199师597团参谋长、副团长、团长、199师副师长、参谋长、师长，第67军副军长、军长。1951年6月，李万恒率部赴朝作战，参加了金城战役，轿岩山反击战。立战功二次，三等功一次，1954年9月回国。1965年授上校军衔。1983年8月离休。1988年7月被授予独立功勋荣誉章。
