2015年8月15日，被害人黄某在京东商城上使用京东白条购买了一部华为G7手机（价值1699元）。随后被告人李某城冒称京东员工许镇涛电话联系黄典恩，称黄的订单出现问题，需要重新填写订单方能退回款项。李某城误把收货人“许镇涛”发成“许镇”。黄某根据李某城的指示将收货人及地址更改为“许镇、东莞市黄江镇星光村村委会星光路56号附近”。

东莞市第三人民法院审理认为，被告人李某城以非法占有为目的，诈骗他人财物，数额较大，其行为已触犯中华人民共和国刑律，构成诈骗罪，依法应予惩处。被告人李某城作案时未满十八周岁，系未成年人，依法应当从轻处罚。被告人李某城归案后如实供述基本犯罪事实，依法可以从轻处罚。结合其犯罪情节和悔罪态度，作出以上判决。
