　　据了解，该酒店为一U型建筑群，占地60余亩，于2010年投入建设，总投资约为2.8亿元，集餐饮、住宿、娱乐及大型会议接待为一体，内部装修按照“超五星”级标准共设计豪华套房数十间、标准间近200间。

　　其中，部分酒店房间成了羊圈，有人将数十只羊圈养在楼内，白天定时将羊群赶出就地吃草，吃完再赶回楼内。

　　目前，该酒店工程已停工近四年之久，拖欠数千万工程款，楼群场院内杂草丛生、满目苍夷，大量尚未使用的建材已经锈蚀残破，安装的管道、设备锈迹斑斑。
