  北京43.8%受访者曾遇“黑中介”


  发布会上,陆克华公布这样一个数字:北京市在2014年对3万多名年轻人住房状况进行了调查,其中43.8%的人都表示在租房过程中遇到中介方面的不良行为。


  而大家遭遇的“黑中介”行为有哪些?新京报记者从北京市住建委获悉,北京市房地产经纪机构被投诉问题主要集中在隐瞒成交价格、隐瞒房屋状况、拖欠租金、违规打隔断出租、强行进行资金监管、租期届满不退还押金、违规收费、提前终止租赁合同引起的三金纠纷等。


  近年来,我国连续出台多部关于房屋中介的监管法律法规,但“黑中介”现象仍时常出现在公众视野。相关管理部门工作人员说,其中一个重要原因是,一些中介公司并未到行业监管单位备案,很难找到相应公司与从业人员,即便找到,对行政处罚也不配合。


  将规范中介机构房源信息发布


  “目前,我部正在制定具体可操作、能够抓落实的、管用的、能见实效的措施,这个文件即将印发实施。”陆克华说,将进一步规范中介机构房源信息发布,全面推进房地产转让合同网签,切实加强房地产交易资金监管,强化对房地产中介机构的备案管理,加强中介机构从业人员管理,完善信用信息系统,加大日常监督检查的力度等,进行规范和整顿。

  据了解,目前,北京、上海、深圳等地已经率先开展了清理整顿工作。


  北京住建委从2013年起开始每月公布北京遭受投诉最多的十家中介公司,希望提醒市民避免上当受骗。
