　　一位豆芽加工厂负责人说，加了AB剂的豆芽有一个显著的特点，就是没有根或者根很短，不光是根部不同，在之前对比中，豆芽的粗细差别也很大。根据这位负责人的说法，添加了AB剂的豆芽产量会大大提高、成本会相应减少，所以，不少的商贩因此打起了歪主意。

　　近年来，不少的商贩因为在豆芽的加工过程中添加AB剂等违规添加剂而被查处。济南也曾经查处过毒豆芽。

　　使用AB剂的豆芽存在未知风险
