One Facebook shareholder application on Friday filed a class action suit aimed at blocking the company's plan for c-class shares have been issued, and claimed the move was to consolidate, Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg is unfair to shareholders control.

Facebook representatives were not immediately available for comment.

Facebook plans to introduce a new kind of public offering, but stressed that the holder of such shares do not have voting rights Facebook called "class c" shares, that is different from the shares held by the shareholders of class a and class b shares. These new class c shares will be new codes through the stock exchange.

Zuckerberg "wish to retain such powers, while billions of dollar gains by selling a large stake," litigation information.

Google also implemented in 2013 similar plans also faced litigation--was not solved until shortly before.

“事实上，C类股票的发行相当于为扎克伯格提供数十亿美元的股权增量，但他本人却无需承担任何实际支出，”资料解释称。

谷歌公司也曾于2013年执行过类似的计划，亦同样遭遇到诉讼问题——直到前不久才彻底解决。
