其中，4月30日公告内容的要点为：望洲财富旗下借贷服务望洲普惠确认目前掌握的债权本息合计10亿元，正着手恢复催收工作，催收账款的账户由经侦（以下简称警方）控制，只进不出；此外，望洲财富各公司正清点资产，变现现金打出总部账户，以便补充日后兑付资金。
