China's response to the who resolution to implement polio vaccination strategy

中国响应世卫组织决议实施脊灰疫苗免疫新策略
中新社北京5月1日电  (记者 董子畅)中国国家卫生计生委宣布于5月1日起实施新的脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)疫苗免疫策略，停用三价脊灰减毒活疫苗(tOPV)，用二价脊灰减毒活疫苗(bOPV)替代之，并将脊灰灭活疫苗(IPV)纳入国家免疫规划。这次策略调整是全球消灭脊灰的统一行动，也是中国脊灰防控工作的实际需要。
　　中国在2000年实现了无脊灰的证实，但由于邻近多国仍有脊灰野病毒的流行，为防止脊灰输入病例的发生，2000年以来中国仍然继续使用三价脊灰减毒活疫苗。2015年世界卫生组织宣布II型脊灰野病毒已经在全球范围内被消灭，接种含II型毒株的减毒活疫苗已经没有必要。为此，世界卫生组织决定全球停用三价脊灰减毒活疫苗，改用含有I型、III型两个血清型的二价减毒活疫苗，同时要求各国应引入至少一剂次脊灰灭活疫苗。本次调整，包括中国在内的仍在使用脊灰减毒活疫苗的155个国家同步实施。
　　中国高度重视脊灰疫苗免疫策略调整工作，经国务院同意，确定中国脊灰疫苗转换安排为2016年5月1日起，全国将1剂次脊灰灭活疫苗和3剂次二价脊灰减毒活疫苗纳入国家免疫规划。
　　脊灰免疫策略调整是全球最终实现消灭脊灰目标的重要步骤。该策略的实施既有助于减少脊灰减毒活疫苗所致的相关病例的发生，同时也可有效降低脊灰野病毒输入和传播风险。
　　世卫组织驻华代表施贺德表示，这意味着新的脊灰免疫程序更安全，相比于现有脊灰疫苗，能提供更好的保护。我们相信中国免疫规划正在积极回馈，为儿童提供一个更加安全的无脊灰世界。
