卫计委：公立医院编内外人员有望同岗同薪

　　新京报快讯(记者信娜)今天上午，国务院医改办专职副主任、国家卫计委体改司司长梁万年在国家卫计委医改专题发布会上表示，公立医院改革中，编制内、外人员除养老执行现有政策待遇外，在晋升职称、薪酬水平、学术地位等其他方面，努力做到同岗同薪同待遇。

　　深化医改过程中，医务人员是医改的主力军和执行者，如何调动他们的积极性?梁万年介绍，将在全国选取若干个试点省份和城市开展试点工作，要构建薪酬结构、薪酬总量和相关政策，使其真正符合医疗行业的特点，能体现医务人员的劳动价值。
