乐视体育公司起诉称，该公司经合法授权取得2016、2017赛季中超联赛独占性信息网络传播权及其他著作财产权，独占专有中超联赛所有相关音视频节目和直播节目的网络视频权。该权利包括但不限于互联网直播权和信息网络传播权。

2016年3月，公司却发现，深圳聚网视公司开发运营的网络机顶盒软件“VST全聚合”及“VST直播”，可以播放中超联赛第一轮“江苏苏宁VS山东鲁能”比赛的在线直播。深圳新感易搜公司开发运营的手机电视直播软件“云图TV”，亦可提供该场赛事的在线直播服务。

此外，上海脉淼公司开发运营的网站“全民TV”上，同样可以播放中超联赛第一轮“广州富力VS河北华夏幸福”比赛的在线直播。

乐视体育公司认为，其为获得中超联赛的相关权利花费了巨大的人力、物力和财力，上述三公司在未取得其授权的情况下，通过信息网络非法向公众提供上述比赛的在线直播服务，严重侵犯了其信息网络传播权、其他著作财产权，并构成不正当竞争，给其造成巨大经济损失。故将上述三公司分别诉至法院，索赔偿经济损失及合理维权费用500万元，三起案件索赔标的高达1500万元。今天上午，朝阳法院通报已正式受理这三起案件，目前正在进一步审理中。
