再看携程CEO梁建章，截至去年3月31日，梁建章持有该公司750,020股，持股比例为1.8%。携程前CEO范敏持股比例为2.7%。而截至216年3月31日，两人持股均有下降，目前梁建章持有970,540股，持股比例仅为1.4%，低于携程前CEO范敏的1.6%。

2015年10月，携程宣布与百度达成一项股权置换交易。根据交易内容，百度将通过此交易完成前拥有的178,702,519股去哪儿网(下称“去哪儿”)A类普通股1和11,450,000股去哪儿B类普通股置换成11,488,381股携程增发的普通股。该项交易的股票置换比例是每个去哪儿美国存托凭证可转换成0.725个携程美国存托凭证。交易完成后，百度将拥有携程普通股可代表约25%的携程总投票权，携程将拥有约45%的去哪儿总投票权。
