广西国家级贫困县书记县长双双落马
中新网南宁4月26日电 (记者 冯抒敏)广西纪检监察网26日通报，南宁高新技术产业开发区党工委原书记黄润斌、中共藤县县委原书记莫奕坚、中共金秀县委原书记韦佑江，因违纪问题被分别免职或开除党籍。

　　今年1月，黄润斌所在的高新区管委会主任李晓东坠楼身亡，此前，南宁高新区已有多名官员被查处；4月20日，中共金秀县委原副书记、县长赵贵坤严重违纪被“双开”。其利用职务上的便利为他人谋取利益并收受财物等涉嫌犯罪问题、线索及所涉款物被移送司法机关依法处理。

　　通报称，经查，黄润斌违反廉洁纪律，以明显低于市场价格购买服务对象房产；违反工作纪律，不正确履行职责，对南宁高新技术产业开发区发生严重违规发放津补贴行为负有领导责任；作为南宁高新技术产业开发区党风廉政建设第一责任人，落实全面从严治党主体责任不到位，对该开发区连续发生的多起党员干部违纪违法案件负有领导责任。

　　莫奕坚在担任藤县县委书记期间，违反廉洁纪律，利用职务上的便利为他人谋取利益并收受财物。

　　韦佑江身为党员领导干部，严重违反廉洁纪律，利用职务上的便利为他人谋取利益并收受财物，严重违反工作纪律，履行全面从严治党主体责任不力，对金秀县领导班子和县直属部门多名党员领导干部发生违纪违法行为负有主要领导责任。

　　值得注意的是，这三名当地党委一把手均只是被处以党纪处分，未被移送司法法办。黄润斌被处以党内严重警告处分，被免去南宁高新区党工委书记职务，另行安排工作；莫奕坚也被处以党内严重警告处分，收缴违纪所得，并被免去其藤县县委书记职务，另行安排工作；韦佑江的处分稍重，被处以开除党籍处分，按科员另行安排工作，重新确定工资级别、档次，并收缴其违纪所得。
