IT资讯讯4月23日消息，今日在2016腾讯开放春节发布会上，腾讯发布了创业服务平台。腾讯公司副总裁林松涛提出腾讯众创空间五大服务标准，并表示腾讯创业服务平台将整合包括政务、研发、人才、金融、企业管理等9大类共计300多项服务，为创业者提供一站式创业服务。

林松涛介绍，截至2016年腾讯开放平台创业公司超过400万家，合作伙伴公司总体估值超过3000亿元。目前腾讯已在全国各地30个城市落地布局了众创空间，总面积超过100万平方米。这其中，腾讯“双百计划”已成功孵化40家市值超过1亿的公司，半年内5家公司成功上市，一年内总估值增长68%，用户规模增幅超过100%。

林松涛表示，腾讯开放的前五年，是开放腾讯的资源和服务；下一个五年，腾讯将集合创业服务商的资源进行开放。从腾讯自己‘一对多’的开放，到平台上的合作伙伴‘多对多’地开放。打造创业服务领域的行业标准，实现生态闭环。

此前，腾讯与长江商学院联合创办了青腾创业营，并首期吸纳40位创业学员。林松涛在发布会上公布，首批40位学员的创业项目，在7个月的时间内，总估值从280亿元增长至1000亿元。在首期40名学员企业中，80%以上企业进入下一轮融资。青腾创业营二期精英学员公司总估值达到480亿元，4家企业已经上市。第二期学员中，包括了明星创业学员郑凯。

在今日的发布会上，腾讯与海南生态软件园还推出了首个双创试点基地“互联网+生态村”，为创业者提供打造一个集创业、生活、休闲于一体的创业“微城市”。
