　　未来，在深圳服务达到一定年限的人，有望以较低的初始价格进入购房市场。

　　4月24日，在中宣部组织的“稳增长调结构转方式”深圳采访团活动上，针对高房价问题，深圳市市长许勤表示，深圳将探索通过房屋共有产权的过渡方式，让符合条件的人以更低的门槛进入购房市场。

　　许勤介绍，过去深圳的安居工程计划，对符合条件的人员，按照市场价格的50%到70%供应住房。未来可能将进一步探索共有产权，将人员服务年限和入市的价格挂钩，符合条件的人员以较低价入市，享受房屋共有产权，服务年限达到一定要求后，则享有独立产权。

　　同时许勤指出，政策上还需要一定研究。

　　事实上，针对深圳房价问题，已有过类似建议。今年1月，曾任中国城市规划设计研究院副总规划师的赵燕菁即提出，可以探索“先租后售”的方式，在10年或20年后，将期权解禁，让租住者以较低成本买下。
