　　新华社深圳4月6日电（记者孙飞）中国南方航空股份有限公司原董事、副总经理兼财务总监、总会计师徐杰波，原党委常委、副总经理周岳海，涉嫌受贿案6日分别在深圳市中院一审开庭。

　　检方指控，徐杰波利用职务便利，在工程承包、工程款结算、飞机租赁等方面为他人谋取利益，非法收受财物折合人民币419万元、港币320万元。

　　检方指控，周岳海利用职务便利，在增设航线、下属人事关照及安排、航空食品供应等事项上为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物共计48万元人民币、10万元港币、5000元美金、卡地亚白金项链1条。

　　检方认为，徐杰波、周岳海身为国家工作人员，利用职务上的便利，非法收受他人财物，为他人谋取利益，其行为应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。

　　徐杰波、周岳海均当庭认罪。

　　目前，两起案件仍在进一步审理中。
