　　王毅首先转达习近平主席对廷觉的问候。王毅表示，缅甸政权实现顺利平稳过渡，我受中国领导人委托第一时间访缅，体现中方对缅新政府的重视和支 持。中方希望并相信，民盟能够同缅各党各派精诚合作，携手开辟缅甸新的未来。中国始终奉行对缅友好政策，愿同缅新政府继承传统友好，加强高层交往，增强政 治互信，进一步深化全面战略合作伙伴关系。中缅山水相连，经济高度互补，是天然的合作伙伴。中方愿结合缅国家发展需要，与缅加紧各自发展战略对接，积极探 讨在民生、产能及基础设施等领域进一步加强合作；愿根据缅方意愿，为缅北和谈积极发挥劝和促谈作用。
