此外，根据中兴通讯最新公告，除选举赵先明为公司第七届董事会董事长外，会议还选举张建恒、栾聚宝为公司第七届董事会副董事长，选举朱武祥、栾聚宝、史立荣、王亚文、张曦轲、吕红兵、Bingsheng Teng(滕斌圣)为公司第七届董事会提名委员会委员；同时聘任韦在胜、樊庆峰、曾学忠、徐慧俊、庞胜清、张振辉、陈健洲为中兴通讯股份有限公司执行副总裁，并聘任韦在胜兼任中兴通讯股份有限公司财务总监。根据董事长赵先明的提名，聘任曹巍女士为中兴通讯股份有限公司董事会秘书。
