安徽检察机关对两起非法经营疫苗案引导侦查
中新网合肥4月5日电  (吴贻伙 吴兰)安徽省人民检察院5日消息，山东庞某非法经营疫苗案被查处后，安徽合肥、淮北公安机关先后对两起案件予以立案侦查，并对相关人员采取了刑事拘留强制措施。合肥、淮北两地检察机关目前均已介入侦查，并积极引导公安机关围绕定罪的关键环节，依法全面客观收集固定证据。
　　据了解，此次疫苗案涉及安徽省合肥市的共有6人，其中向庞某供货的“上线”4人、从庞某处购货的“下线”2人。合肥市食品药品监督管理部门经调查，立案3件4人，他们分别是安徽鑫圣医药有限公司的两名张姓员工和另两家药业公司的员工郑某、王某。上述4人均为向庞某供货的上线。对于尚未归案的2名下线人员，现正在组织力量进行全面追查。
　　3月23日，合肥市食品药品监督管理部门将安徽鑫圣医药有限公司及郑某、王某等3起涉嫌非法经营案移送公安机关侦查。公安机关受案后经过初查，截至目前已立案1件，并对1名涉案人员予以刑事拘留。相关侦查工作仍在进行中。
　　合肥市人民检察院侦查监督部门经过初步审查认为，安徽鑫圣医药有限公司提供疫苗给庞某非法销售，经营数额在人民币五十万元以上，且现有证据初步显示该公司及其两名张姓员工可能构成非法经营罪，遂建议公安机关加强相关证据的收集。对于郑某、王某提供疫苗给庞某非法销售的情况，检察机关建议公安机关继续加大侦查的力度，同时建议进一步布网布控查找其余涉案嫌疑人。
　　另据了解，此前淮北市警方全力追查的辖区内涉案下线人员赵某现已归案，并被刑事拘留。现初步查明，赵某系安徽砀山县人，在淮北市开药店。通过排查发现的淮北市烈山区铁运处社务卫生服务站、李忠善内科诊所、相山交通医院第二门诊部、淮北阳光医院等4家医疗机构所使用的可疑疫苗大多与赵某有关。目前，淮北市人民检察院已派员介入赵某涉嫌非法经营疫苗案，引导公安机关侦查取证。
　　目前，相关侦查工作仍在进行中。
