　　又至清明。除了扫墓、祭祖，近年来，还有一项“身后事”越来越受到重视：订立遗嘱。南都数据通过梳理中华遗嘱库数据，看看老人家的身后意愿。

　　中华遗嘱库是由中国老龄事业发展基金会和北京阳光老年健康基金会共同发起主办的公益项目，为60岁以上的老年人免费提供遗嘱的咨询、登记和保管服务。中华遗嘱库2013年3月在北京启动，截至目前，已有3万多份遗嘱入库，还有近1.5万名老人正排队等登记。中华遗嘱库在北京、广东、天津设有分库，其广东分库去年11月18日成立，4个多月来已有1000多名老人立了遗嘱，还有3500多人在预约。

　　“中国人在传统上对遗嘱比较避讳，但现在越来越多老人心态开放，为了避免不必要的纠纷，他们选择提前做安排。”中华遗嘱库管委会主任陈凯如此介绍。数据亦显示，“自己的财产自己做主”、“防止家人争产”是老人立遗嘱的最大考虑。也正是因此顾虑，样本显示，立遗嘱的老人超七成是“躲着”子女进行的。但对于遗产分配，样本中，六成老人还是选择留给子女，舐犊之情由始至终。相比而言，儿媳、女婿就没同等“待遇”了，在分配意向中，样本里的老人几乎全都提出遗产只给自己的孩子。至于遗产内容，在广东分库，95%都是关于房产。
