　　本报讯 （实习生何倚华 记者刘友婷）从扫地机器人、无人工厂，到前段时间“阿尔法狗”和李世石的人机大战，人工智能可谓攒足了人气。机器人在给未来生活带来无限想象的同时，也引发了人们对“机器换人”的担忧。然而，这样的担忧来得过早了。近日，记者梳理广州大众餐饮机器人使用情况发现，曾经“聘用”机器人服务员的几家餐厅，已有两家关门歇业。剩下一家虽仍在营业，但机器人服务员却被老板“炒了鱿鱼”。

　　在广州合味来机器人连锁餐厅，记者已看不到机器人的踪影。去年，这家餐厅凭借机器人服务员吸引了众多市民“尝鲜”就餐。如今店员介绍说：“机器人不能端汤水太多的食物，还不时发生故障，老板就没再用了。”据了解，机器人只能沿着固定线路送餐，加上餐厅人员走动大，机器人不懂得躲闪，上菜容易洒落打翻，甚至造成安全事故。

　　此外，机器人的服务水平也十分有限。体验过机器人上餐服务的王小姐说：“服务的内容有点少，既不能点餐加水，点的餐还要自己端下来。”王小姐表示，机器人的服务更多是机械性的，“人性”还不够。

　　实际上，聘用机器人的餐厅并未对机器人的服务水准抱太大希望。“最初引入机器人服务员主要是考虑为餐厅聚集人气。”广州小笼王机器人餐厅的经理向记者表示，机器人能够吸引顾客，但并不节省人工。

　　记者采访发现，一些餐企使用机器人也并非出于主动选择。在广州白云区一家已歇业的机器人火锅店，负责人梁小姐抱怨称：“餐饮业人员流动一直很大，年初刚招的6个服务员，年后却只回来了1个。”聘请机器人做服务员，只是应对“用工荒”的无奈之举。

　　尽管机器人服务员接连被“炒鱿鱼”，但专家表示，“聘用”机器人服务员，并不意味着机器可以取代人；机器人被“炒鱿鱼”，也不能说明机器人效率低下。除了目前机器人技术尚未成熟，机器人发展及应用的更大问题在于对人与机器人关系的误解。

　　还有专家表示，机器人的发展应用需要分行业而论，机器人被“炒鱿鱼”是因为它并不适合从事服务业。“在制造业，未来机器人将增多，人工将会有所减少。而在智力服务领域，人工投入将相应增加。”广东工业大学副校长章云解释称，由于制造业领域存在许多重复性工作，可用机器人提高生产效率；而在服务业领域，人际沟通交流较多，这是机器人做不到的。
