晨报记者钟晖报道 上海市电动汽车充电基础设施专项规划已经制订。至2020年，上海全市充电桩运营服务规模超过21万个，是目前的10倍，能基本满足26万新能源汽车的充电服务需求。其中，公务、租赁、私人小客车自、专用充电桩不少于17.5万个；公共充电桩不少于2.8万个，满足用户临时补电需求。昨天，市交通委召开新闻通气会，通报《上海市电动汽车充电基础设施专项规划》及“上海电动汽车充电基础设施企业联盟”和“上海市新能源汽车分时租赁企业联盟”的有关情况。
《上海市电动汽车充电基础设施专项规划（2016-2020年）》（征求意见稿）自3月23日起通过上海市交通委网站征求意见，截止日为4月25日。昨天，市交通委科技信息处副处长朱建忠表示，“我们提出差别化的规划建设要求，公共充电桩与新能源汽车比例不低于1：7，外环以内地区以及新能源汽车重点发展地区的公共充电服务半径不大于0.9公里。”
