东航表示仍有部分代理借助去哪儿网平台进行违规机票销售、违规收取变更退票费用、强制打包产品模糊机票价格、或对航班变动未尽通知责任等，而对于违规行为严重的东航授权代理，东航将对其进行处罚并取消东航授权。

尊敬的各位旅客：

2016年2月4日，东航向包括去哪儿网在内的多家网络机票销售平台发布了《关于规范平台机票销售行为的要求》，对平台的供货商管理、页面信息展示和客户服务标准提出了全方位的要求，并于3月11日开始核查。

要求发布后，去哪儿网积极配合东航进行整治。但我们发现仍有部分代理借助去哪儿网平台进行违规机票销售、违规收取变更退票费用、强制打包产品模糊机票价格、或对航班变动未尽通知责任等，给旅客造成不同程度的损失，严重损害消费者的合法权益。

为尽快杜绝网络违规销售行为，进一步整顿净化机票销售市场，全力保障旅客的合法权益，东航决定自2016年4月5日起，在去哪儿网正式下架所有机票代理商提供的东航、上航机票产品，并开展机票专项整治工作。对于违规行为严重的东航授权代理，东航将对其进行处罚并取消东航授权。
