国防部:美军加强在菲军事存在推动南海军事化

　　人民网北京3月31日电（邱越）今天下午，国防部召开例行记者会。针对美军将以轮换驻扎的形式使用菲律宾5座军事基地，国防部新闻局局长、国防部新闻发言人杨宇军大校表示，美军加强在菲律宾的军事存在，推动了南海地区军事化，与当今和平发展合作共赢的时代潮流背道而驰。

　　记者：最近菲律宾与美国达成一项协议，允许美军以轮换驻扎的形式分别使用5座处于不同地点的军事基地，其中有1座军事基地是空军基地，靠近中国南沙群岛的巴拉望岛。请问对此作何评价？

　　杨宇军：上世纪90年代初，美军撤离了在菲律宾的军事基地，这其中的原因大家都知道，菲律宾朋友对于这点最清楚。现在美军又回来了，加强在菲律宾的军事存在，推动了南海地区军事化。强化军事同盟是冷战思维的体现，与当今和平发展合作共赢的时代潮流背道而驰。我们要求有关方摒弃过时的冷战思维，在开展双边军事合作的时候，不针对第三方，不损害第三方利益，不影响地区的和平稳定。page (来源：人民网-军事频道)
