龙归花园最低可享8.4元/平方米月租
本次推出分配的房源点共有2个，总套数为600套。其中，白云区龙归花园264套，黄埔区瑞东花园336套。广州住房保障办相关负责人表示，白云区和黄埔区都有比较多的来穗务工人员，此次房源选点可满足这批人员就近居住。其中，龙归花园的租金相对低廉，环境也非常好。
据介绍，本次公租房申请面向两类来穗务工人员：一是来穗时间长、稳定就业的中低收入来穗务工人员；二是高级技能人才（高技能人才）或受表彰、获荣誉称号的来穗务工人员。广州市住房保障办相关负责人表示，申请者都必须满足在本市内无自有产权住房、没有违反计划生育政策等要求，但在居住及参加社保年限及收入限额上有所不同。优秀来穗务工人员仅需持有《广东省居住证》及社保在缴证明，对收入水平也没有具体限制。
首批来穗务工人员的公租房究竟租金有多便宜，这是不少来穗务工人员关心的问题。
按广州市发改委批复的龙归花园公租房月租金标准为12元/平方米。承租对象一月租为8.4元/平方米；对象二上一年可支配收入、家庭在穗资产净值符合广州市户籍家庭公租房保障规定的，月租也为8.4元/平方米，其他对象月租为12元/平方米。以对象一为例，承租最小建筑面积为32.06平方米的一房一厅，需要支付的租金只要269.3元/月。
而瑞东花园公租房月租金标准为23元/平方米，承租对象一月租为16.1元/平方米，假如承租该项目最小建筑面积为31.22平方米的一房一厅，需支付的租金502.64元/月。
环卫工、公交司机申请公租房可获加分
广州市来穗局相关负责人介绍，目前来穗务工人员总量约521.4万人，要符合申请公租房条件，还必须满足连续办理居住证5年以上且仍在有效期等多个条件。
该负责人表示，这次对有意向申请公租房的来穗务工人员实行“积分制”，包括“基础配租分”和“优先配租分”两类。具体说来，经审核公示符合公共租赁住房配租资格的申请人积基础配租分60分，属于具有高级工以上职业资格的申请人、获“广州市优秀异地务工人员”等称号的申请人，从事特殊艰苦岗位的环卫、公共交通、医护等工作的申请人均可获积优先配租分。最后按其积分高低排列进行配租，分数相同的按申请人在穗缴纳社保年限长短进行二次排名确定次序；经二次排名仍未能确定次序的，通过摇珠方式确定。
按照工作计划，这批公租房将在今年10月中旬开始发放入住通知书、办理入住手续。广州住房保障办相关负责人表示，下批推出的房源点目前未定，预计下批推出的时间是明年，届时再根据房源建设进度等实际情况进行选点。
