　　原标题：天通苑收“保护费”案宣判 两主犯分别被判两年、三年

　　新京报快讯（记者吴振鹏）   去年，新京报（微信公号ID：bjnews_xjb）记者在天通苑北地铁站卧底20天，证实有男子长期据守在地铁站外，强行向小摊贩收取“保护费”。5月18日，独家报道《地铁站外的隐秘江湖》刊发后，引起舆论广泛关注，今年1月4日，北京市昌平区检察院以寻衅滋事罪对两主犯陈会军、姚小飞提起公诉。今天上午，昌平区法院对此案进行宣判。

　　法院经审理查明，2015年4月初至5月19日期间，被告人陈会军在昌平北七家镇东三旗村八十四亩地私自搭建大棚，并纠集被告人姚小飞等人对此地摆摊的商贩恐吓威胁，以500元每月的价格强行让摊贩租其自建棚，向摊贩违法收取租金。

　　2015年4月10日22时许，被告人姚小飞等人在昌平区北七家镇东三旗村轰赶摊贩过程中，无故滋事，与在此购买小吃的路人陈林、陈晓倩发生口角后对陈林进行殴打，后被告人姚小飞持剪刀将陈晓倩脖子划伤。经法医鉴定，陈林被刺所受损伤已构成轻微伤。

　　昌平区法院根据被告陈会军、姚小飞犯罪事实、性质等，判处被告人陈会军、姚小飞均犯寻衅滋事罪，分别判处有期徒刑二年和三年。
