According to the Viet Nam Government website e-newspaper, local time on March 23, Viet Nam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung in Hanoi finally approved the three-star plan to establish a research and Development Center. This means that Samsung with a 300 million-dollar research and Development Centre is built, you can pay rent for the next 50 years.

It is understood that, as Samsung business expanded too fast on the ground, the number of employees has also been in the midst of rapid growth, but before building their own research and Development Center, rapid expansion of rental costs for Samsung has led to certain restrictions. Until now, employees of Samsung's research and Development Center in Hanoi have reached 1400 people.

Obviously, Viet Nam has gradually become Samsung's main production base in the world. 2011 in Benin province not far from Hanoi to set up smart phone company and factory, Samsung also established a factory in Thai Nguyen, Ho Chi Minh City and Centre for research and development, product from smart phones to TVs and other home appliances.

据《越南政府网电子报》报道，当地时间3月23日，越南总理阮晋勇终于批准了三星在河内建立研发中心的计划。这意味着三星用3亿美元建好研发中心之后，可以在此后的50年不用再支付租金。

据了解，由于三星在当地的业务扩张过快，员工数量也一直处于高速增长之中，而在自建研发中心之前，租赁成本对快速扩张的三星又产生了一定的限制。截止到目前，三星在河内研发中心的员工数量已经达到1400人。

显然，越南已经逐步成为三星在全球的主要生产基地。自从2011年在离河内不远的贝宁省成立智能手机公司和工厂之后，三星还分别在太原省、胡志明市建立了工厂和研发中心，产品则从智能手机到电视等家用电器不一而足。
