　　新京报快讯（记者赵毅波）东北特钢3月25日晚在中国货币网发布公告称，由于流动性紧张，本息偿付存不确定性，27日到期的8亿元债券15东特钢CP001（全称为东北特殊钢集团有限责任公司2015年度第一期短期融资券）或面临违约。

　　据悉，本期短融券发行规模8亿元，利率6.5%，应付本息总额为8.52亿元，主承销商为国家开发银行。

　　联合资信25日下午在中国货币网发布公告，鉴于东北特钢董事长上吊死亡和15东特钢CP001即将到期兑付本息，将东北特钢列入下调信用评级观察名单。

　　24日13时20分，大连市公安局接到报警，发现东北特殊钢集团有限责任公司董事长、党委书记杨华（男，53岁）在其居所上吊死亡。目前，有关部门正在开展调查工作。
