罗永浩日前上了国内某电视台的访谈节目，畅谈自己以及锤子公司内部的一些趣事。

锤子科技前一段时间乔迁。罗永浩称，新总部没有食堂，原因是写字楼限制比较多，大家印象中科技公司食堂比较好那都是看的硅谷公司的新闻，国内的话，一般比较大的公司会有食堂；锤子新总部配健身房，内有专职教练。

罗永浩还提到一个有意思的事情，他说，锤子科技人力资源部门有规定，不许员工称呼上司时带“总”一词，于是员工只能叫“老师”，原因是总觉得，在中国社会中，“总”一词包含了一些谄媚和讨好的东西。

瞎指挥过
