　　新华社南京3月24日电 2016年3月24日，江苏省南通市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了中共山西省委原常委、省委秘书长聂春玉受贿一案。

　　江苏省南通市人民检察院起诉指控：2003年至2013年，被告人聂春玉利用其担任中共吕梁地委副书记、吕梁地区行署专员，中共吕梁市委副书记、市长，中共吕梁市委书记，中共山西省委常委、省委统战部长，中共山西省委常委、省委秘书长等职务上的便利，为他人在职务晋升、岗位调整和企业发展等事项上谋取利益，非法收受37人给予的财物共计折合人民币4458万余元。

　　庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，聂春玉及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，聂春玉还进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪、悔罪。人大代表、政协委员、人民法院特邀监督员、新闻记者及各界群众80余人旁听了庭审。

　　庭审结束后法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
