央广网呼和浩特3月25日消息 据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，针对近期接连爆出的呼和浩特民营医疗机构手术台上涨价、乱收费、殴打患者等问题，呼和浩特市政府昨天召开新闻发布会，通报事件调查进展情况。
近期，呼和浩特市民营医疗机构，平安医院医生被指手术台上涨价，复兴医院存在乱收费情况，丽人医院医生在手术台上殴打患者等问题引起社会关注。呼和浩特市相关部门已经开始介入调查。
根据呼和浩特市卫计委一位负责人介绍，平安医院2名涉事医生和护士没有在这家医院注册，但从事诊疗护理活动，违反相关规定。而且这家医院内部管理不合格已被停业整顿，并且处以3000元罚款。对于复兴医院的乱收费问题，医院认可患者提供的15387元收费票的真实性，经过医患双方的协商达成谅解协议，医院一次性退还患者1万元。卫生和计生部门决定不再对复兴医院《医疗机构执业许可证》进行年度审核校验，依法按程序予以取缔。针对网民爆料的“呼和浩特市一家医院医生手术台上殴打患者”的视频，涉事打人医生为都市丽人医院医生赵某。目前赵某已经辞职，身在异地，相关人员已经赶赴安徽等地对赵某进行追踪调查和取证，目前仍未找到赵某。据了解，赵某因涉嫌伪造证件和非法行医，公安机关正在全力追查。对于丽人医院这家民营医疗机构，卫生计生行政部门拟定给予罚款和吊销《医疗机构执业许可证》的行政处罚，正在依照法定程序处理中。
目前，呼和浩特市已经组织四个督导组对全市民营医疗机构进行检查和工作督导，严厉查处医疗机构存在的违法、违规行为。截止3月23号，已经检查民营医疗机构350家，责令改正的139家，停业3家，取缔7家。
