　　今日上午10:18分，在中央纪委监察部网站要闻发布题为“贵州茅台酒股份有限公司(下称贵州茅台 600519.SH)原副总经理谭定华被调查”的消息。据21世纪经济报道记者独家获悉,在贵州茅台长期分管财务的谭定华被有关部门带走已有10余日，同时被调查的还有其夫人，据知情人士称涉嫌官商勾结。

　　中纪委网站援用贵州省纪委消息：经贵州省委批准，贵州茅台酒厂（集团）有限责任公司原党委委员、贵州茅台酒股份有限公司原副总经理谭定华涉嫌严重违纪，目前正接受组织调查。

　　谭定华于1954年11月生，贵州仁怀人，大专文化，1971年参加工作，1983年4月入党。历任贵州茅台酒厂财务科（处）副科长、科长、处长，贵州茅台酒股份有限公司财务总监，贵州茅台酒厂（集团）有限责任公司党委委员、贵州茅台副总经理等职，2015年2月退休。

　　谭退休前，21世纪经济报道记者曾见过其多次，其中一次是2014年，在湖南湘窖年份酒鉴定研讨会上，谭受邀自行从茅台镇驱车前往湖南邵阳市开会，其间与其他白酒生产企业交流甚少，为人低调。后记者多次在贵州茅台见过其人，均无过多交流。早在 2010年3月31日,贵州茅台2010年度董事会审议通过的《关于购买遵义市商业银行次级定期债务的议案》上，该公司决定投资5000万元认购遵义市商行发行的次级定期债务。尽管该项决议最终获得通过，但包括谭定华在内的三位董事还投了反对票，一致认为次级定期债务风险太大。

　　有消息人士透露，近几年，从原仁怀市委书记，原茅台集团副总房国兴因涉嫌受贿罪被起诉至今，遵义市及其下辖仁怀市共有几十人先后被调查。
