　　霍玉珍指出，绝大部分中东欧国家对华双边贸易都有逆差，捷克也是。在未来的五年当中，我们强调要进口十万亿美元的货物。在“十三五”期间，实现中国基本政策同中东欧国家的对华政策的对接，将会对推进贸易平衡与互利双赢有良好作用。
