中俄原油管道进口俄罗斯原油突破8000万吨
中新社哈尔滨3月20日电 (刘锡菊)黑龙江出入境检验检疫局20日发布消息，中俄原油管道2016年2月进口俄罗斯原油136万吨。至此，中俄原油管道累计输油总量已达8080万吨。

　　俄罗斯是中国原油进口的重要来源地。长期以来，中俄之间的原油贸易主要通过铁路运输，存在风险大、运费高的问题，到2011年，全长近千公里的中俄原油管道正式投产输油，开启中俄间通过管道输送原油的历史。

　　中俄原油管道起自俄远东原油管道斯科沃罗季诺分输站，穿越中俄边境，途经中国黑龙江省和内蒙古自治区，止于大庆，管道俄罗斯境内段长约72公里，中国境内长927.04公里，2011年1月1日正式启用，设计年输油量1500万吨，最大年输油量3000万吨，是中国油气进口东北方向的一条战略要道。

　　据黑龙江出入境检验检疫局发布数据显示，截止2016年2月29日，中俄原油管道累计检验监管俄罗斯进口原油8080万吨。
