马英九深感遗憾将上诉(图)

马英九不满遭指收非法政治献金，向媒体工作者陈敏凤求偿，台北地院判
马英九败诉。马办发言人陈以信18日表示，
马英九对此感到遗憾；委任律师说，会再依法提起上诉。
陈以信表示，虽然判决内容足可证明
马英九的清白，法院只是给陈敏凤较低的查证义务，但
马英九对此判决结果未能导正名嘴不实爆料的歪风，仍然感到遗憾。
陈以信指出，先前针对
马英九被不实指控收受顶新集团政治献金案，特侦组曾以近6个月时间，传唤110名证人，调阅当事人三亲等以内亲人所有银行帐户资料10万笔，并调查57个相关机关之后，去年6月间以查无不法签结，还给
马英九清白。
陈以信强调，不论是告周玉蔻案、段宜康案或陈敏凤案，法院判决都与特侦组认定相同，充分证明
马英九是清白的，并未收取不当政治献金。
马英九委任律师洪文浚则表示，本案经过特侦组及法院的调查及审理后，均可证明陈敏凤所称电子业集资捐款2亿元(台币)，并非事实。
洪文浚说，法院虽认为陈敏凤有消息来源，但所谓消息来源却只是听刘文雄转述的流言，陈敏凤对于听闻刘文雄传述的流言后，丝毫未再进行任何查证，率而将其所听闻的不实讯息径予散布。
洪文浚表示，如果这种以讹传讹的行为是法所许可，那名誉权的保护几成具文。因此本件会再依法提起上诉，以正视听，并维护
马英九名誉。
