蔡英文回应中国冈比亚复交：希望不是针对性行为

　　3月17日，中国冈比亚复交，消息随即在台掀起巨浪。今晨（18日），马英九回应“极为不当，强烈不满”。中午，即将在“5·20”就职的台湾地区领导人蔡英文也就此事发表三点看法称，两岸关系健全发展是两岸共同责任、两岸不需要在国际上做针对性竞争，希望这次中冈建交不是针对性的行为。

　　蔡英文自然多虑。外交部发言人陆慷17日就已表示，中冈复交时间是双方协商确定的，冈比亚同台湾当局早已没有所谓“邦交”关系，中冈复交并非针对任何人。

　　对于中冈复交，台湾“外交部”18日再度表示，除了遗憾更要强烈抗议，同时强调，22个“邦交国”很稳固，不会有连锁效应。

　　据台湾“中央社”消息，民进党发言人阮昭雄18日中午转述了蔡英文的三点看法。

　　第一，区域和平稳定，两岸关系的健全发展，是两岸共同的责任。两岸间不需要在国际上做针对性的竞争，不需要做出会伤害两岸人民情感的事，这些其实无益于两岸关系的正常发展。希望这一次大陆与冈比亚的建交，不是针对性的作为。

　　第二，民进党的对外政策很清楚，就是与各国间维持和平、稳定与繁荣；在这个基础上，台湾愿意积极地对国际社会作出各种贡献，无论在经济、医疗健康乃至于人道救难等等，民进党也希望透过这样的努力，能使台湾在国际社会中获得支持与认同。

　　第三，“外交”没有蓝绿，当前台湾的“外交”情势并不轻松，需要全体“国人”团结面对，一致维护台湾的国际空间，确保台湾的民主与自由。

　　台“外交部”：强烈抗议 22个“邦交国”很稳固

　　大陆17日与冈比亚复交，台湾“外交部”已在第一时间对此表示遗憾。18日，台“外交部”常务次长李澄然更是补充，除了遗憾，更要强烈抗议。

　　今天上午，在主持了“105年国际青年大使交流计划”启动会后，李澄然在记者会上称，冈比亚与中国大陆复交，这是“错误的时间做错误的事情”，不只感到非常遗憾，更要强烈抗议。

　　据观察者网此前报道，3月17日，外交部长王毅与冈比亚外长盖伊在北京签署《中华人民共和国和冈比亚伊斯兰共和国关于恢复外交关系的联合公报》，两国自当日起恢复大使级外交关系。冈比亚政府承认世界上只有一个中国，中华人民共和国政府是代表全中国的唯一合法政府，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分。
