新京报快讯(记者程媛媛)近日，四川阆中法院举行公开宣判大会，对8名违法讨薪农民工进行集中宣判一事引发舆论争议。3月18日下午，阆中官方回应新京报(微信公号ID：bjnews_xjb)记者称，有关部门已启动调查问责程序，将依法依规严肃处理并公布结果。
2015年8月，百余民工聚集在阆中市学府花园索要拖欠工资无果后，在张某、戚某煽动下，大量民工前往南津关景区堵门，不准游客进出，后又挟持执法民警至市政府，以此向政府施压。
3月16日，四川阆中市人民法院在阆中市江南镇举行公开宣判大会，以妨害公务罪，依法判处张某、戚某等8人(其中包工头2人，在册民工3人，不在册人员3人)有期徒刑6-8个月，部分缓刑。
消息经媒体报道后引发舆论广泛关注。不少网友表示“公判大会”这种方式不可取，也有专家认为“公判大会”这种做法显然与人权保护不符。
对此，阆中市委宣传部3月18日下午表示，关于宣判方式问题，阆中古城是国家5A级旅游景区，南津关景区堵门事件严重影响了旅游形象，为教育引导群众依法维权，阆中市法院进行了公开宣判，引发网友较多质疑。南充市、阆中市对此十分重视，有关部门已启动调查问责程序，将实事求是、依法依规严肃处理，并公布结果。
